Our training pathway

These courses build on each other. You can take just one, or walk the full two-year Community Wellness Focusing pathway toward recognition as a Community Wellness Focusing Trainer.

When someone is overwhelmed, what helps first? You learn how to offer calm, safety, and respect in the first hours and days after crisis — without causing further harm.

Group and community care. Create circles of support, reduce isolation and stigma, and help communities keep going over time, not just in the emergency moment.

A gentle, body-based practice of listening. You learn how to sit with someone so they can sense what they’re carrying and find their own next step — in their own timing.

We mentor you as you bring this work home — so support doesn’t depend on outside experts. This is how we build local capacity that lasts.
